Excellent pay, vacation and benefits...Many internal systems to help you plan and perform your job adequately. Advancement opportunities to a point, does get competitive at manager level and beyond.
Cons
PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE! The organization does not like confrontation which hinders real conversations about the state of business. Communication is so over-articulated it's easy to miss the point. This organization is for Type A personalities that know how to network to get to the top - it's all about who you know.
