Pros
Good starting company for R&D. Managers are pretty good. Very political so make sure to cultivate and maintain a VP advocate.
Cons
Layoffs will happen every 18-24 months. Morale has fallen since 2011 and never recovered due to this. Marketing partners don’t develop a strong understanding of the consumer and brands before rotating so hard to see good ideas to fruition.
