Pros
Stable, successful company with opportunities for career development and growth. Pay is competitive and benefits are good; medical is only OK, but they still offer a real pension plan. Reasonable work-life balance is achievable.
Cons
Generally slow moving and resistant to change. Management likes to talk about innovation and speed as priorities, but they are not "walking the walk"... yet. Also, sometimes success can depend more on who you know than what you know.
