Pros
-Company very focused on training and developing talent. There are a lot of classes and programs in place to ensure that new hires are on-boarded quickly and effectively into the new organization.
Cons
General Mills can be a slow moving organization at times. A lot of emphasis on building consensus and influencing the organization through gradual change. Due to the matrix organization, there is a fair bit of politics that occurs when it comes to assigning new roles and impacting change.
