Pros
Cares most about what employees think. DEI is the highest priority. Great people at all levels of the organization. Flexible work. Very upper Midwest culture.
Cons
No vision for future growth. Top two priorities are to take costs out of products and making products exceptional. Layoffs every year or two. Moved half of US jobs to India and continue to grow that. Work that was previously executed by one person now takes 20 with technology. No one is in touch with what it takes to truly run a business. Bonuses match performance= poor. Marketers are general managers and the marketing talent is lower than other areas of the company.
