Pros
It's a job. It's a paycheck. They have benefits.
Cons
Management is out of touch and set unrealistic expectations. Everything is unorganized. They don't invest in their IT or HR dept. Their systems are old and antiquated and constantly breaking. The entire company operates in the most inefficient manner. It is almost as if management looks for ways to be less efficient. They are slowly trying to replace workers with AI, that is the goal but the culture of GEICO management is gaslight, gaslight, gaslight. I've heard members of upper management tell employees in group settings that if they are unhappy they can quit and they are lucky to have jobs. The best part about my career was the training in Virginia. They do remote training after the pandemic. They do not listen to their employees. Overall, this is just a terrible place to work. If you need a job go for it. If you want to be happy at your job, flee.
