Pros

They allow you to flex your hours. Insurance is good, there is a 401k. I love my supervisor!

Cons

Soul sucking. They change the way to meet metrics all the time; it's as if they do not want you to get ahead. Most supervisors and management is a joke, they do not care about your life outside of meeting your numbers to make themselves look good. Only 2.25 hrs of PTO every two weeks. No more work from home (only WFH one day a week). They give nothing for free, they literally took the forks out of the break room. Office drama, SO. MUCH. OFFICE. DRAMA. They laid off 6% of the company this year and those who were cut just woke up and couldn't log in, no prior warning. They change leadership like they do underwear. You have to near kill yourself to get a raise. They are always telling you to do and be better even when you are the very best, nothing is ever good enough. They tell you they will support you and then they do not.

Pros

I had the opportunity to meet Nancy Pierce during a visit to our office, and she was very personable and engaging. It made a strong impression to see leadership so approachable and willing to connect with employees. Overall, I genuinely enjoy working here and feel supported in my role.

Cons

No significant downsides to mention at this time.

Pros

Strong opportunities for career growth Many people are willing to mentor and support others without expecting anything in return Supportive culture, even from people who may not know you personally Increased focus on education and development, especially for leaders More company activities at the local office, which has been a welcome change Fun associate engagement opportunities like escape rooms, art activities, games, and food events So many opportunities for recognition

Cons

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
