Pros

-- Stable and no layoff. I have seen people sitting here for the entire career. People like the big profit sharing at the end of the year.

Cons

-- No technical contributions from the lead to the overall team work. They are just paper pusher eating very high salary.. -- Low salary compared to other companies, they say they make it up in 401K etc..Not a great way to keep people happy -- No room to learn new things or see motivation in people who are there for a long time, You have to be an independent worker/thinker to come up with your own ideas and push it. No real team work. -- Different groups work in a different manner to solve same problems and come up with the hotch potch. No real technical architecture/design team to solve common problems across organization.

Pros

I had the opportunity to meet Nancy Pierce during a visit to our office, and she was very personable and engaging. It made a strong impression to see leadership so approachable and willing to connect with employees. Overall, I genuinely enjoy working here and feel supported in my role.

Cons

No significant downsides to mention at this time.

Pros

Strong opportunities for career growth Many people are willing to mentor and support others without expecting anything in return Supportive culture, even from people who may not know you personally Increased focus on education and development, especially for leaders More company activities at the local office, which has been a welcome change Fun associate engagement opportunities like escape rooms, art activities, games, and food events So many opportunities for recognition

Cons

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
