Pros
Personally, I was a twenty-something fresh out of college working three BS part-time jobs to get by and they gave me an opportunity for a career. I will always be grateful for them giving me a path. Benefits were decent, and so was profit sharing. However, profit sharing officially got canceled so there goes that.
Cons
I got to a point where I was drinking myself into oblivion every night to forget that I had to wake up and do this job again and again and again. It took therapy and months of medication to finally realize that I needed to take the risk of moving on. The stress suffocates you, you are everyone’s enemy, and you are micromanaged beyond belief. It takes a very special/psychopathic breed to endure this for more than a few years, somehow I got to 5. The specific list of cons won’t hold any meaning to someone just casually looking over reviews before applying to this company, but for all current employees suffering and on the edge, they understand. Get in and get out. I did, and it is so unbelievably better.
