Pros
The benefits are excellent, 100% tuition reimburse, excellent health insurance, profit sharing, 401K. There are a lot of options as far as career paths.
Cons
If you have young children who are sick alot, it will mess up your dependability rating. If you don't have anyone to watch your child when they are sick, this company may not be a good option for you as they have very strict attendance policy. You can't use sick leave for a child. It has to be your own personal leave.
