Pros
The pay was great and there were very many opportunities to advance within the company. Actually, they push you to be promoted and usually only hire from within. There was extensive training and it was all paid as well.
Cons
It is a high-stress job because you are constantly dealing with upset people who are filing a claim, and the calls are also monitored so everything has to be "perfect" during the call.
