Pros
The money is the best part of working at Geico. They also have schedules you're able to do a normal 5 day week, or 4 ten-hour days. Tons of growth opportunity if you like to kiss tail to get higher level people to like you.
Cons
Not understanding when you or your kid get sick in training. The steps for attendance in the first 90 days are 1. Documented conversation. 2. Memo. 3. Warning. 4. Review for termination. Once you get to #2, you're STUCK with that supervisor for 6 MONTHS before you can bid on a new shift or sign up for overtime. THATS IT.
