Geico is overall a good company. If you work hard, you will be rewarded in the form of raises, more favorable shifts, and promotions. Cons
Very micro managed, very strict metrics (but everything is layed out in front of you so its not unexpected) some unfavorable shifts. Not a lot of work/life balance, you clock in and go go go until you clock out, can be stressful.
