Pros
Very flexible work options, many WFH or remotely (even in non-Fujitsu cities). Still some dedicated teams Possible to move up quickly due to high turnover
Cons
Management is very uneven (some stars, many duds) Sales pipeline is weak Overall strategy is probably flawed (taking on outsourced datacenters and IT depts) HR is terrible (to be fair, company doesn't invest in HR) General malaise--company doesn't appear to invest in anything or anyone, this causes: Lack of engagement--so some teams/people are impossible to work with
