Pros
1) Work-Life balance can be maintained. 2) Appraisal goes up to an average of 10% plus-minus which is good. 3) Job security.
Cons
1) Less number of projects making it a bit difficult for employees to opt for internal movement. 2) Bit of dull environment but that depends on the location. 3) As per policies need to stay in company for over two years for getting promoted to next level irrespective of monetary hike which is a quite a long period.
