Cons
Management have no interest in their existing qualified employees. If they can get anyone with an ABN and is willing to work on a fee per call contract basis, then the long term qualified people are out the door. Constant name and shame emails listing the people who have not reduced the annual leave balance to no more than 8 days outstanding, lists of those whose GPS data shows they have sped a few klms above the speed limit and whatever else the helicopter is targeting this month.
