Pros
It's a very place to start a software-engineer career. The company has a 2-year OJT training policy, so everyone will have a chance to learn a lot. They also have good benefits including house support, health insurance, and stock options, ... They even have a work Union inside the company.
Cons
They do not have a high salary range. Old Japanese style: people always want to do overtime work for more money. The company also limits the number of overtime one person can do per month. If you're a good engineer, you can do 100 hours of overtime. If you're bad, then no overtime.
