Very good working environment, nice people, work life balance, not stressful,

not many projects in the area of SAP Consulting especially new SAP technologies like HANA etc. career growth is not so good, not spending much on employees especially on training and certifications, salary increment is also not good, no bonuses, very bad car leasing policies
