Pros
My manager and team were great to work with. The job offered a great deal of flexibility and I liked working for a company who cares so much about sustainability and the environment. The job I had offered great work / life balance and my manager was flexible with my hours and work.
Cons
While they have a lot of good ideals, these are rarely in use on a day to day basis or employees are not encouraged to work towards these ideals. They were meant to be an ITIL company but didn't have any testing strategies or practices. To compound the issue all Business Analyst and Software Development roles were moved off shore (for any new positions) essentially making team work in my team much more difficult. As our team supported many different timezones a few people worked really crazy hours for not much personal benefit.
