Pros
In an international environment you get to know a diverse mixture of colleagues from all over Europe. It is always refreshing to learn more about other cultures, countries and languages. The ingredients for a good working multinational are present.
Cons
All strategic higher managing positions are occupied by and exclusively reserved for Portuguese and their friends and/or relatives, who are not necessarily competent. Only lower management has a handful of foreigners. As a result of this the work floor is not always well organised and resources are being wasted, accounts are being lost.
