Pros

Cooperative atmosphere. Most teams work respectfully and without unnecessary drama. Flexible work models actually work. Remote work is usually straightforward. International exposure with insights into different regions and cultures. Stable company structure that doesn’t reinvent itself every quarter. Training opportunities are available if you take initiative and push for them.

Cons

Decision-making can be painfully slow with too many approval layers. Salaries tend to sit in the lower to mid-market range. Role definitions can be vague, which blurs priorities and responsibilities. Slow pace of change. If you want speed and experimentation, you may get frustrated. Internal tools and processes feel outdated and heavy in places.
