Cons
Forever 21 is lacking in work/life balance, with little regard for personal or family life. The executives are very arrogant, insisting that new hired management take pay cuts for the "privilege" of working there . Executives micro-manage and are never satisfied, and are quick to criticize and slow to praise. They trust and value tenure rather than expertise. VERY slow to make decisions because everyone is afraid.
