Pros
Worked for corporate office. Subsidized lunch. Potential to move up if you're management's favorite employee (could be a pro for some people).
Cons
Favoritism is apparent. Only concentrated in making money - rather than valuing employees. Little social responsibility. Bonus program isn't real/realistic. Management knows fashion industry, but lacks people management skills.
