Pros

discount was okay it can be fun to interact with costumers, if you are outgoing and friendly

Cons

-I was really pissed off since I had started working as a cashier then move onto the floor and basically recovering an area of the store which it can get boring if it's not a busy day, basically I was demoted and I never understood why since I was doing a good job but im guessing it was because I wasn't friends outside of work with the managers. -management has favorites and those who are get the most hours, you practically need to be kissing their butts managers to get hours if they don't like you. basically you will get 4-6 hours a week. which it's a way for them to get rid of you, until you quit, they seem to expect a lot from you with what you make which it doesn't apply to the position. -managers always seem to be super busy and never listen to what you have to say, unless you are friends with them, other employees are constantly nosy and sometimes there is drama involved. -managers always seem to have this catty attitude, and none of them are nice, unless you get lucky, also they seem to pressure you on buying their clothes, they usually have theme days on where you have to dress a certain way and they can insist you on buying stuff from them, but when you are only getting 6-8 hours a week, sorry that is not going to happen.
