Pros
The company is very "fashion forward", taking trends from the runway and almost immediately having product in stores at affordable prices. The dress code is liberal compared to most retail jobs, although tattoos/piercing must be covered. Great flexibility for part-time employees.
Cons
No benefits, direct deposit, or paid time off for part-time employees. Turn-over rate is very high, for sales associates and management. The pay is low. The management doesn't invest enough in training new employees or giving praise and feedback. Only a ten-percent discount on non-sale items. A lot of technical rules and procedures to follow that do not always seem practical.
