Great fashion forward product, new stores opening provide opportunities for advancement. Company is growing rapidly. Lots of good management learning experiences.
Cons
Hire a lot from outside instead of developing management from within. Company is secretive with business operations. Corporate office culture is Asian, and can't communicate in English very well.
