They make us use our own cell phones actively for work with no reimbursement When they upgraded their pos and registers, they made us us our own debit cards and charged us money to test the registers (20 separate transactions) They force overtime on Instore employees We buy many supplies out of pocket because the company requires it, but refuses to purchase it for the stores Low pay compared to other retail companies , and 5 times the work Very poor work life balance
