      Pros

      Great co-workers. If you are lucky and have a good team, you have potential for success but most stores are a hott mess and have no idea what they are doing.

      Cons

      Everything. This company does not care about its employees once so ever, STAY AWAY! They are trying to model themselves after H&M and Gap and have changed everyone's titles. Basically screwed over everyone and have gotten rid of positions. Ridiculous. Going to lose a lot of people because of it. No room for advancement.

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
