      Fun, fashion forward environment, flexible hours

      Cons

      Pay is very minimal and not consistent company is not focused on the customer have to wait 6 months before you are eligible for benefits employee discount is a joke very little advancement...main hire external canidates

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
