horrible place to work - Sales Associate Forever 21 Employee Review

Management is very incompetent and rude, the hours are flexible as in you barely get any. Opportunities to move up is based on who is liked the best and who kisses the most ass not on hard work and skills. I have actually seen workers stand around and do nothing and all of a sudden they're promoted. Oh and if your manager doesnt like you they can make your life hell by cutting your hours for no reason at all, you can actually be left with no hours for weeks and if you complain nothing will be done about it. Don't ever work for this company they care nothing about their employees.
