Pros
The only way to get anywhere in this company is to go to work and give 110% effort. It pays off. If you want a management position the way to get noticed is to be vocal on the job. Talking to customers, staying late, and being the team player. Having a great attitude towards fellow employees and of course the customer creates an uplifting atmosphere.
Cons
A lot of younger employees who fail to pull weight, making more work for those who care.
