Company treats employees horribly - Visual Merchandiser Forever 21 Employee Review

I worked on average 45+ hours a week, but was still kept as part time. The company does everything it can to keep people under part time without benefits, and doesn't like to give raises or bonuses, even when you're promoted. Also, due to the return policy customers can get unruly and aggressive. If other people aren't doing their job properly, yours becomes harder and you have to pick up the slack.
