Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, good opportunity for learning about the retail industry and fashion sector, with an emphasis on a young female demographic.
Cons
As with any retail job, reducing shrink, or shoplifting, if part of the job, which can put you in an uncomfortable position, the quality of the product and return policy are not stellar, which can make for upset customers, and the employee discount is only 10%.
