Pros
Great place to be if you're really into fashion. A lot of the HQ employees dress like models and are visually attractive Female-friendly environment Great exposure to upper management if you work in the buying department Great place to work if you're a Korean and you click with MC or MO Free lunch (at least when I was there) New building is a huge improvement from the previous Alameda office
Cons
Jealousy and cat fights 24/7 backstabbing and a lot of gossiping over nothing no upward movement vendors constantly bad mouthing you to upper management - they're all connected!! Korean/non-Korean split is horrifying poor compensation over worked employees immature managers
