      Pros

      -Flexible hours -Possibility of promotion, but you have to be well liked by senior managment -Transfer possibilities

      Cons

      - Very unorganized - Hard to get in touch with human resourses - Lack of communication among senior staff - Lack of communication between sales/stock staff and senior managment - Damaged product - Lack of back up by managment , when a sales staff memeber or a cashier is approached by an agressive customer

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
