Cons
Long hours and extreme pressure from corp / dm to do more wok than is humanly possible. Over worked and underpaid. Due to this as a manager you begin treating your employees badly, attempting to squeeze out of them as much as possible. Constant extreme time crunches to achieve more than is humanly possible, so all your work ends up half ass.
