      easy advancement, a large variety of opportunities

      difficult culture, terrible treatment of employees, lower than industry standard salaries, most directors are not qualified (see pro about easy advancement)

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
