Pros

Certain coworkers were the only reason I continued to work at this garbage establishment.

Cons

Management is horrible, they treat you like you're worthless & anything that goes wrong in the store is "YOUR FAULT" You will be treated sub-human. Want a social life? Forget it. Are you sick? Too bad, they'll slam the phone on you. Overwhelmed on whats going on? Sucks to suck, "stop being a baby". You get 30 minute lunch breaks, and an additional 10 minute break - which they will never send you on. Management hounds around in the office talking about everyone in a nasty manner, browsing social media, watching netflix, etc etc - nobody ever checks on you. Btw, they will trash talk you after you leave your shift. Customers are rude, and will ruin your fixtures in 10 minutes, if you can't keep up with go-backs & recovery (which is often times six racks & everything on the floor) everything piled on top of the racks, and no-where to put it. You will get howled at if it's on the floor (but they aren't hung, and there's NOWHERE else to put it all, so???) Oh - by the way, the wage you make isn't even worth working for this garbage establishment and you only get a 10% discount. Every time someone asked me what it's like working here, i'd tell them find somewhere else. I don't know why I worked here so long, my current job treats me with actual respect.

Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

Cons

One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
