Pros
Great dress code- ability to express yourself. Great management staff- fun and understanding. Fast paced environment - needless to say I'm never without something to do. Set-up of store is constantly changing so the atmosphere always seems new.
Cons
Breaks are too short- should at least be 15 instead of 10. Horrible schedule setup/ lots of cutting of hours. Discount is incredibly cheap (almost all other clothing stores give at least 20%). Too much shipment and not enough time/space to process it. Pay rate is awful.
