      The new stores are very attractive The clothes are very trendy The company is always growing so there is room for advancement Store management and DM's are very accommodating with time off requests

      Cons

      The discount sucks The pay is not that great They are slow to do your compensation reviews PTO takes a long time to accrue

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
