-Good starting pay -hard to get fired -wear almost anything you want -see new merchandise before customers -cool coworkers
Cons
-unless you're white or hispanic...growth in this company is a slim chance -sneaky hour cutting tactics if management sees that you've worked over 40 hours...your hours might go down to 32 in the computer -no social life - full time hours without benefits or extra pay -immature management..favoritism galore - non- english speaking coworkers that get higher pay -man...there is sooo much
