Pros
Training provided for 16 weeks
Cons
* after the 16-weeks, your 2-years contract starts. * salary is misleading. They promise you $50k in the interview, but offer letter states $35.6K yea + daily bonus of $61 “IF YOU WORK”. * not guaranteed that you find a work after training, therefore you only getting minimum wage. * still stuck by the contract and can’t work elsewhere. * placement anywhere within the U.S regardless of living expenses. * even though $50 is a very low pay for a college graduate in a career that has a median salary of $75k. * if you decide to quit in the 2-years, you will have to pay $30k which is cost of training.
