- Essentially, training is just penalty clause. If you leave before 2 year period, FDM will chase graduate to pay the fees, which are ludicrous and double the cost of prestigious Masters computer science programs in the UK.
- Graduates forced to take roles they have no interest in (business analysts as testers, software devs as support roles). This is common. If you refuse account manager will raise the threat of firing you from the program, with the training costs involved.
