      Pros

      Good part time job, friendly atmosphere, very good for personal development, regular hours

      Cons

      Very little room for pay progression, different types of tutors do different work but all get payed the same, lower pay in general than other tutoring companies offer, I got lucky with getting the amount of hours I wanted, but I know they have a tendency to employ more tutors and give them each less hours a week
