      Working as a team and team spirit. I loved every moment working at Explore Learning. They were very understanding and supportive of my family circumstances.

      - The values of the company - Training is consistent to ensure all team members feel secure and are on the same page - Appraisals made a huge difference in ensuring that the team felt recognized and we knew we had to work to achieve certain goals before the next appraisal - AMAZING managers, all open minded and great attitude

      Cons

      Pay is low, there isn’t really any other negative I’d give. Even after appraisals when you score a good amount, your pay may go up by about £1.00 or less, nothing significant which is demotivating if you’re Tutor of the Year or excelling in your position.
