flexible can work from anywhere in the UK, can easily change availability, very friendly and supportive coworkers/management
Cons
policies overly rigid given the nature of the job (e.g. 4 weeks notice for leave requests/changing availability - quite long and life is not always that predictable), pay is low given the amount of responsibility (safeguarding for children/academic progress)
