Head of HR - > Senior of HR Business Partnering Head of HR -> Head of TA -> Leader of TA - >Lead of Sourcing -> Senior of TA Look at the above - the whole hierarchy in Hyderabad HR team are ex colleagues. Never seen in any company. Head of HR planned it so well to hire her own people at top 3 levels and rule . You cannot complain about anyone to anyone in this hierarchy. They all form chain reaction and take advantage on situations. Only way to survive is shut your mouth even they harass or target or bully and keep moving. It's not 1 or 2 people ...except the above hierarchy everyone in the team are suffering. Everyone who joins the team will have same experience......
