Pros

1. The people are why most keep coming to work everyday. 2. EMS is a great place for me because if I can dream it, come up with a plan, then I can make it happen here. Management is always up for a good idea. 3. The experience I get working for a truly global company in Lincoln, NE is second to none. 4. I've loved every one of my managers since my start, even though I've had 3 in 4 years.

Cons

I believe there is a big opportunity for EMS to get their name out more and create more of a "Wow, I want to work there!" type of mentality with potential employees. Most of the Experian benefits are just the standard, standards of big corporations. Nothing to write home to mom about It creates a situation where EMS is a hidden gem because once people start at EMS they love working here.

Pros

Decent salary & benefits, monthly no internal meeting days

Cons

Friendly reminder that HR does not care about you. They care about staff with seniority, whom they will allow to retaliate despite that being against company policies. Think twice about reporting the higher ups because it will come back to haunt you, guaranteed. Also, AI is the only thing that matters anymore. Watching the volume of once-impressive colleagues become so single and simple minded through constant AI usage is not only disappointing but genuinely alarming. Thinking for oneself is no longer the standard, it seems, and speaking against such unfettered use of AI in all things will get you professionally ostracized.
