I've worked in sales for 11 years and have been lucky to start working with Experian 8 months ago. I've worked for a handful of companies and I can say that anyone who understands sales/sales teams/culture would recognize that Experian is doing everything right. Everyone is dedicated to performing their best, continually improving and motivating/assisting the eachtoher to bring their best. My current boss (who is the best boss I've ever had) mentioned to me during the interview "when you're around people performing their best, it automatically makes you want to perform your best". I'm the kind of person who enjoys this kind of atmosphere. The management are realistic, empathic and dedicated to developing your abilities. The culture of this company here in Aus should be a case study for how sales teams should operate. Really and truly I'm very grateful for this role. Salary is great. Managment is great. Team Atmosphere is great.
