Pros
Progression - in 6.5 years I have moved up from contact centre agent to a reasonable level. Good culture particularly in the service function more corporate side is good too, but could do better on the engagement front
Cons
A little too much bureaucracy Poor internal pay rises for promotions once you achieve a mid level grade Direct Management over promised and severely under delivered Didn’t handle
